Yes. The toolbar wraps to fit small screens, the document list becomes a slide-over panel, and all tools work with touch.
Case and line tools apply to the text you have selected, or to the whole document if nothing is selected. Formatting such as bold and colours is kept, and you can undo any change with Ctrl+Z.
